Profiling Tools

We use a variety of profiling tools to support our consultancy, coaching and training interventions.

These help our clients to:

• Gain a deeper understanding of themselves by raising their self awareness
• Understand the effect they have on others and others have on them
• Identify ways to develop their skills and ultimately to enhance their performance and fulfil their true potential

Our core profiling tools include:

Myers Briggs Type Indicator
Helps people to identify their personality style and how they interact with others, with emphasis placed on positive appreciation of ‘differences’. Flexible tools ideal for use on an individual or group basis.

   • MBTI ® Step I
   A questionnaire that looks at personality preferences based on: Extraversion or Introversion;
   Sensing or Intuition; Thinking or Feeling; Judging or Perceiving

   • MBTI ® Step II
   A questionnaire that provides more depth and insights into the four MBTI preferences, breaking
   each down into 5 facets. This provides more information on individual differences with the same
   type preferences and the similarities between those with different type preferences.

Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) ®
The questionnaire targets the behavioural competencies. It provides valuable information on an individuals preferred behaviour on 32 personality characteristics. The OPQ32 dimensions are grouped into three areas: relationship with people, thinking styles, and feelings and emotions.

Motivation Questionnaire (MQ) ®
The questionnaire measures 18 dimensions of an individual’s motivation, and provides a comprehensive understanding of those situations which will increase or reduce their motivation. It also helps to determine how long, and under what circumstances, effort will be maintained. The motivation dimensions are grouped into four areas: energy and dynamism, synergy, intrinsic, and extrinsic.
