Steve Little
Steve is a Director of Matrix. Prior to joining Matrix he spent 20 years in the property sector and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He has a variety of experience including working within professional institutions where he provided coaching, mentoring and training.
Steve adopts a hands on approach, combining theory with practical application to achieve results. He is passionate about people and as a qualified coach and MBTI practitioner, works with clients to raise self awareness and maximise their potential.

Nicky Little
Nicky is a Director of Matrix, having founded the business in 2003. She specialises in organisational development, leadership and management development and Corporate & Executive Coaching. Bringing over 13 years experience developing and implementing business focused solutions across a range of UK organisations, cultures and brands, helping to drive companies and individuals to achieve their corporate and professional goals.
Nicky is passionate about people, challenging individuals to realise their potential, thus building organisational capabilities for the future. Her style is one of partnering for success, working in a highly collaborative and pragmatic way at all levels.

Trevor Jarret
Trevor has extensive experience in sales, marketing and management developed in the corporate world working for over twenty years in a variety of markets with companies such as Hambros Bank, British Tissues, Whitbread Plc, Gallaghers, Twentieth Century Fox and Britvic Soft Drinks.
Trevor is also a member of the faculty at the Chartered Institute of Marketing where he periodically works as a course director and is an all round expert in facilitating management excellence.

Steve Farmer
Steve has a wide-ranging background leading teams built up over 20 years in the IT and finance sectors including Barclays Bank. He has worked with a wide and varied client base, involved in programme design, programme delivery and 1-1 performance coaching.
Steve is a focused professional, able to demonstrate forward-thinking and works effectively to drive an organisation towards its goals. An experienced and empathetic leader with powerful interpersonal skills, he communicates and presents with passion, clarity and confidence.

Ian Perry
Ian is an experienced Learning & Development professional, specialising in Management and Leadership development, team development and Executive Coaching. Prior to this Ian had 15 years of Senior Management experience in Engineering, Change Management and HR in pharmaceutical, aerospace and automotive sectors.
Ian draws on his extensive line management and consultancy experience and applies a pragmatic approach to his work. He is passionate about what he does and is continuously updating his own areas of expertise so that he is able to bring increased depth and challenge to his work.

Gill Parkin
Gill has extensive experience of consultancy, training and development across a range of sectors, particularly financial and professional services and outsourced customer service management organisations.
She has designed and delivered major programmes in the areas of organisational change, management and leadership and is a licensed behavioural analyst, which forms the basis for her extensive work in the areas of team development and coaching.
